Unhappy customer

I haven’t been able to access my account all week. When searching it just goes completely blank. You won’t let me logon through Facebook. I feel let down as there are technical faults with your app and I have a paid subscription. I currently can’t access Jswipe as I can’t login through Facebook or Apple login. Please get back to me. I hope this gets resolved soon if this can’t be resolved I will have no choice but to cancel my subscription with Jswipe.

Paid for subscription - can't login

I paid for my subscription, it worked really well for few days (I have been logging in using facebook) and suddenly the app logged me out and now it doesn't let me login back in, showing only a stupid error message each time:

"App not set up: This app is still in development mode, and you don't have access to it. Switch to a registered test user or ask an app admin for permissions."

Can You please come back to me?
