Addicting and fun

This game is so addicting and fun I for all ages I play this none stop apart from when I’m at school. Would recommend.

I would give it zero stars if I could

Downloaded this game early on before it’s global release. Initially was a fun game and I spent many, many hours playing it. I would finish tournaments in the top 3 consistently.

Then the problems started. At first I couldn’t join tournaments, then I couldn’t join events and eventually I lost my multiplier, after having spent over 6k diamonds on it.

I contacted support and now after 9 days without any response and numerous emails from me, I have lost my entire game (I don’t use Facebook and that’s the only way you can sync the game!). All my hard earned diamonds (over 18k) have vanished, all my trucks and the game has basically reset back to the beginning.

Avoid this developers games like the plague. They’ll be happy to take your money and show you ads but as soon as you hit any problems their support will be non-existent and amateurish at best.

Update: Eventually got a reply and was told it would be fixed. Few days later was told they couldn’t fix as they couldn’t verify diamonds etc on my old account. Sent screenshots for verification and they still refused and reneged on all previous promises.
