iDMSS Plus 4+

This was working well earlier in the year (2019). All my siblings and I could check in on my mothers home and rewind to any time if she was worried about anything.
Today she had an unwanted visitor and we’ve all tried to look back through the footage to see who the man was, but it will only let us look at 7.30pm. If you drag the timeline back it just jumps to 7.30pm again. Absolutely useless for what we need.
Two stars given in the hope that this is just a blip and will soon be resolved. Prior to this I would have given it 5.

Thanks for a Quality product that I have paid for and enjoyed for years without problem. Other than on previous update in my situation so it could’ve been the phone I found it necessary to click the home button and to shut down the app before I have push notifications this I could live with. But now on the latest update you have made a once useful app into a slow unreliable application favourites don’t work from the favourite button I used to have two sites on one favourites button and it will put it up up automatically when opening the app if it didn’t it was simply one push on the open video and it would open the last layout or click on favourites button then the saved favourite and video was displayed. Yes this can work on the new app but it’s in a different way but slow and unreliable. Idmss lite works fine is quick and I will try not to upgrade it please please can you fix this or can I have the old version back I am prepared to pay again

Overall the app works well, but suffers from stability problems and crashes frequently. E.g. when I am alerted from a tripwire/event and a notification pops up, when I click to see the event to play it back, the application stars to run then crashes more often than not and the event is hard to find or disappears. If the bugs/crashes can be worked out happy with the functionality overall. Improvement: once the app is aware of the cctv hardware you have installed could all functions not supported by the hardware be hidden to simplify the user interface and get rid of buttons that cannot be used? (Perhaps a toggle on/off in the settings to be more appropriate to the hardware the user has)?
