In my opinion this app is great with its UI and menu very easy to navigate tons of details and great description and it’s good that it shows the materials that the product is made from the only downside is that if you mess up your email address when making your account you cant do anything if your account gets hijacked you lose your wish list but it’s not really a bad thing as they won’t know your credit card details because it isn’t stored on the app as if you had your card on your phone you would just use Apple Pay if it’s compatible I don’t actually know 😪😪but the good things are that they have a huge lineup of products to choose from just like their smart blinds are battery powered so no cables nice 😏😏😏😏 and their furniture is high quality but cheap 😳😳😳😳 whoever is reading this I hope it helped choosing to download the app or not but for now Bye

Click and collect improvements
Pick and collect service is a brilliant idea however the choice of collection date and how to pick it should be made clearer at the first order point prior to payment as we did not realise you had to click on it to book a time it just came back with a next day collection time, when I phoned customer service to ask if they could keep my order for an extra day as we couldn’t get to the store the date and time they had given me I was told if the goods were not picked up at the time given they would be put back into the store and a refund would be given to me in the next 14 days. The lady advised me to go online again reorder and pay again for the goods I wanted the following day and click on their 24 hour time slot for next morning pick up, which I have done. The problem is I am out of pocket until they refund my full amount and the staff have had to waste their time picking and replacing my goods instead of being able to put a label on them for collection 24 hours later than originally specified and waste more staff effort and time in re picking my second order and the account department has had to waste time refunding me then taking further payment for my second order all because they couldn’t put a label on my chosen goods for an alternative pick up date and time which is such a shame for everyone and this could easily be improved. Thank you
Admittedly this isn’t going to impact too many people….we were furnishing a place from scratch and had many items to buy. The shopping cart appeared to list things randomly. I suspect its not actually random but lord only knows what the process is. Once the basket was filled with a large number of items finding the one you wanted involved scrolling down the whole lot until you saw it. Why not put them in some relevant sort of order? Or sort by room so people can see that they have everything they need for the bedroom etc rather than having to write everything down on a scrap of paper?
You could not say you wanted 2 beds…you had to order a bed then find the item in the basket (scrolling through everything) then alter the number. Same for towels, cups and everything else. Scroll scroll scroll. To remove items you had to click the three dots beside the item but that usually took you to the item listing unless you hit it just right. This was deeply frustrating. I was screaming at the app after I had done this a few times. Make the link bigger for heavens sake. I use the largest iPad available but still had issues hitting the thing correctly.
Why don’t the beds show the right bedding for the bed? Or a duvet show the right cover?
And then there is that little lag when you delete something that stops you doing anything else. Nothing you can do about that I guess but cumulatively it was a miserable experience.
