This is the only app I have found that automatically puts in the TIME of your entry as well as the date.
Took me a few days to work it out. Why oh why do App Developers not put in a set of instructions ?
Perhaps intelligent people like me give up too soon ?
Come on app developers. Your apps are NOT as intuitive or straight-forward as you like to think.
It's a bit round and about but it works for me.

We use this programme for an air Ambulance service. It is terrific. It is quick to use and easy to modify so that it works as a check-sheet, and a record of what has happened. It then creates a beautiful report which can be emailed instantaneously to the receiving hospital. Each time I have had a request for a change they have either shown me that the facility was already there (putting in a personalised header to reports) or offered to incorporate that modification. This is soooo cheap and sooo easy to use. I dare you. Buy it and set it up for your own work. One by one our staff are changing to use it because it is so simple and produces such a great professional report.

Have used this app for a week of logging testing issues. It's easy to use once set up and is just what I was looking for rather than using cumbersome excel.

It's quick, particularly using the configurable buttons, and the ability to add photos and video to a log entry is really useful. The fact that each log entry is time stamped is ideal when testing a control system where log analysis is required later.

This is not an 'out of the box' usable app, some thought has to be given to the set up, but once set up it is great. It is very easy to edit the settings to how you want to use the app. I will continue to use this app and no doubt improve the configuration settings as I go along to suit the testing I'm doing.

A colleague has already started to use it also, so it will be interesting to see how they find it.
