I need Help

I can initiate transfer but the resulting file is unreadable, no meta data transferred and image not viewable. I’m obviously doing something wrong as no one else has reported this.

Works well

This is a really excellent tool, ideal combination for the camera. Easy to setup and password protected. Connects instantly and gives straightforward remote control of the camera and speedy transfer of images and videos.

Hooray. An update

Just had a quick go with my K-1 and iPad. UI now rotates when you rotate the iPad. But if you rotate the camera to portrait orientation, guess what? Yup, the iPad picture doesn't flip, so you're left looking at a sideways picture. Do Ricoh actually bother to beta-test their apps with real-world users? I suspect not... Roll on 2.0.1, probably sometime in 2019.
