useless
Dissapointed in this, it doesn’t go full screen on a macbook retina display, viewer is too small!!!
Also it gave me a load of grief about having to find the folder to give it permission to browse the pictures after I had double clicked on an image… Having to navigate to the folder was a nuisance!!
ImageView
Difficult to use once photos loaded unable to change to another folder for next batch of photos, quite unstable app would appreciate a refund.
Have now purchased AppolloOne this is a good and stable app easy to use.
Needs improvement
I purchased this looking for something simple to view photos in a folder where I could click left & right. That was it. I saw Imageview and it looked like just the job.
However there are a few things that are frustrating to the point that it’s unusable. Firstly when viewing sequentially named photos it starts at a 1 then click on next and instead of going to 2 it skips to 10…then 101…102 etc
If you right click on a photo say photo-35.jpg. Then click next it goes straight to the ’third’ photo which is photo-100.jpg instead of photo-36
For some weird reason the right arrow is previous and the left arrow is next which confuses me.
The worst issue is if you have a magic mouse and scroll up/down then the photo zooms in/out so far & fast that it’s like the screens gone mad and it’s practically impossible to get it back to the right size.
I hope the author can sort these issues out because if they do then they have a very powerful little app here but right now it’s more frustrating than anything else.
