App is good but

The car wash is awful had the hd ultra and there was still dirt all over my car. Never again will I use the car wash

Compromised

I thought brilliant. I haven’t been able to was my car for over a month. I can do it without having to wind down the window. I paid for a wash - went to the car wash - my wallet had disappeared - I had checked it before I left home. I then had to wind the window down and explain. He then got his boss who had to take my phone and check it and add a free was to it. I now feel that all my isolating is compromised. Useless. The staff need to be trained properly and the app needs to work properly. I will use a bucket and sponge in future.

Wash credits repeatedly missing

Of the 5 times I have tried to wash the car, the wallet that holds wash credits from my monthly subscription, has been empty on 3, this resolved by logging out and back into app, and on one occasion had to reverse out of car wash (as did queue of cars behind me) as this didn’t work and technical support line closed - very embarrassing. 1 in 5 success rate so far. Shame as concept is very good but App needs to be fixed - hugely inconvenient
