The minimum withdrawal to your PayPal account is £20, once I reached £20 after a few months and was waiting for my withdrawal to be paid into my PayPal account which I was told could take up to ten days I tried to log back into my inbox pounds app to check on the status of my withdrawal only to find at this point my account had been deleted and to contact customer services only problem being you can’t contact customer services unless you are a member and have an account, frauds.

As far as the amounts offered for each survey is concerned, it’s probably one of the best. That’s as far as it goes for positive feedback on this app. Hence the 1 star. About 8 out of 10 surveys tells you that you have been disqualified and you get zero payment. But you get 1 spin. (Another farce). The most frustrating part is there are far too many surveys that you pass the qualifying questions on, then can answer honestly on each one thereafter, giving each question careful consideration just go get right to the end after spending 10 to 20 minutes and then you just get told you are disqualified. This app generates so much free market research for many companies on the false pretence that you will receive payment. It’s an utter scam!!! All these companies getting loads of free data from us after we spend collectively hours answering their questions. Shocking. I wouldn’t mind being kicked out of a survey after a minute or two but after spending more than 10 minutes on surveys then being told you are disqualified is beyond a joke. These app developers need to get a grip of themselves and the companies they represent. I’ve not even mentioned the spam mail. AVOID!!!! Do not give them any of your details!!!! Tell them nothing!!!!! Do not download!!!!!!!!!!!

I’ve completed lots of surveys and try to use up my spins every day, I’m doing pretty well so far.
However, when I use the spinner, I have won 6p several times, but it is not added to my total at the end, only the 1p amounts are added.
Can this be fixed please? Doesn’t sound like a lot of money but it soon adds up, and if you’re not going to let me have it then don’t bother putting it on the spinner!
Will rate 5 stars when this is sorted as I do otherwise like this app!
