The app installs in just 2 minutes.
Secure access
Once the app is installed and your profile is created, you can access it using a 5-digit secret code. For your security, the app is automatically locked after 3 minutes of inactivity.

App okay terrible customer service
The app better work for you because you’re not going to get any other customer service… One of the app’s functionalities doesn’t work for me and it’s impossible to find a solution: they take days to reply on the chat only to direct me to their phone line, and on the phone they told me book an appointment with a bank only to tell me appointments must be booked on the app, which also doesn’t work…

Worst banking institution ever… simply a shame.
Worst user experience in the history of banking - im closing my account and I would rather stab myself in the eye rather to have anything to do with this scam institution… 6 months trying to close my account from outside the country - simply impossible - lazy employee - impossible user flow. I dare you to try to get an appointment.
