ING Home'Bank este ca un panou de comandă și control pentru banii tăi. Te conectezi simplu doar cu username-ul ales de tine și amprenta/parola/digipass și ai acces la toate operațiunile bancare. Pe lângă plata cu telefonul mobil, transferuri și plăți facturi, din ING Home'Bank poți, de exemplu, să-ți faci o asigurare pentru casă sau să deschizi un cont nou și să comanzi un card nou. Pe scurt, poți face cam orice din treburile tale bancare.

Haptic feedback lag solved

When opening the app, before trying to use Touch ID or any method of logging in, the haptic feedback/vibration lags and stays stuck until I forcefully exit the app.

EDIT: The new update solved this issue plus many other new features added. Impressed by the response time of the app developers. 👍

Confusing and absurd experience

I have been a customer for over 20 years and admired how ING was many laps ahead of everyone in self banking, home banking and everything technology based. However the disappointment and frustration I have just experienced with their mobile app and "CLOSE CARD" action was huge. The version that i have has no temporary block of the card, just CLOSE CARD. How often is this even used by customers? All I was trying to do was to update the card info after the old one expired. No warning that the action was irreversible or the fact that my card had been already updated the previous day when the new card was activated. How often do people decide to CLOSE their cards? And the fact that this cannot be undone even by their support people is even more frustrating.

Gets worse every day I want to close my account

The positive reviews are years old. This app gets more gattaca every day. I’d very much like to close the account just because of the suffering brought by each update. I don’t really even bank with ing anymore because of how they have constantly degenerated into a gulag style far from where they started.
I only keep the account as some other party can’t change theirs to another bank account and even for one transaction a month it still pains me enough to take the trouble to write this review.
I have found much better and modern banking and apps somewhere else.
