App stopped working suddenly

Initially the app was working fine and was tracking activities correctly.
I have noticed that the app was stopped suddenly and even after password reset not able to login into the app.

Great App

Recorded my activity from the 1st - 4th Dec nothing since - tried contacting the help line without success. Keep getting the daily updates on what can be won. But a total waste of time as not tracking at all. App will now be deleted. UPDATE Working ok now - deleted app and reinstalled, been working fine since then. Also reached out to the customer care team, who sent a very detailed email explaining the issues. Would highly recommend this to all, gives you more of an incentive to get active. Thank you customer care team

Do NOT use!

What an absolute waste of storage space on one’s phone, battery power, running the app, time and effort involved in any usage of this app. Being greener, avoiding car usage, alternating with healthier modes of transport, like walking or cycling, or even public transport, is an excellent and very necessary action to take… However, clogging your phone’s notifications with spam from this app and allowing the greedy developers access to the valuable commodity of access to tracking your location, in exchange for the pittance they are offering is a COMPLETE WASTE. A maximum of 1 “Valley Coin” per day, for tracking your movements… these coins are worth a tenth of a penny! It will take 2000 days; 5 and a half years, to earn enough for a £2 voucher.

Just to address your concerns about data sharing, as defined in our privacy policy upon signing up for the app, we only share your anonymised information with the ADEPT SMART Places Live Labs Programme which is funded by the Department of Transport. We do not share any information that identifies you.
Although Innovation Valley Rewards has just launched this month, we’ve already had users earn as much as 25,000 ValleyCoins through our weekly prize draws. The daily coin earning is 1 ValleyCoin per minute with a maximum of 30 ValleyCoins per day. You can also earn coins for participating in our About You Survey should you choose to do so and earn 250 ValleyCoins upon completion. In addition, you can earn ValleyTickets into our prize draws for your active travel as well as taking the bus or train within the Thames Valley region.
