A big step backwards

The interface isn’t user friendly nor visibly pleasing. It seems like a downgrade from the previous version of the app.

Unreliable rubbish

This app is absolute rubbish. Consistently fails to connect to Swann server. I have to keep sending emails to them and they reset something and it then works for a day or two. So the fault is at there end. This has been going on now for months so clearly they have no desire to rectify the problem. I am often not at the house and the alarm is often set remotely. Many a time my house has had no alarm because I can’t set it via the app. My advise is to keep well clear of paradox and use a more reliable security system like Risco

Very unstable and inconsistent

Hey guys - my review from 2 years ago still stands. App is very unstable and inconsistent. Not really acceptable for home security and my families safety.

Hardly ever alerts when alarm goes off and very rarely records what zone the alarm was activated in.

Got such potential but just not there. I have used this for 2 years and there have been minor improvements. I would happily pay a decent monthly fee for an app that worked properly and was stable.

Please contact your installer to help you upgrade the IP150 module to the latest 4.42.002 firmware.
This should fix the label issue.
