Grateful

I’m not one to usually stick to digital psychological well-being platforms as I tend to lose patience quite easily. However, I found the learning paths on this app extremely insightful & encouraging. I am so grateful that thanks to consistently using the app, I have a better control of my bad habits & irrational emotions. The ability to write in journals any time of day and access rescue sessions has been a saviour for me, at times when the lockdown was getting a little tough. So, THANK YOU for emerging at this time and truly supporting me work on myself !!

This helps so much

During the hard times that we’re all going through right now, thank you for this app. I’ve used a few of the rescue sessions and I still have loads more of the app to explore. My time on the app has helped me get out of a temporary slump and made me realise there’s more to life in lockdown than just moping about. One thing I’d like to however, during rescue sessions when it asks you to type, the arrows get in the way of the text and you can’t see what you’re writing

It’s better than therapy.

really I’ve been going to therapy for 3 months and this has helped me a lot more. It acknowledges how I feel, tells me why I’m feeling that way but gives me a practical solution. With therapy I find it so hard, because there is no structure you know. It’s all up to me and that’s too much responsibility.
