When you make a bookings, we'll notify you by Push Notification as your car is dispatched. We'll also inform you when your car is 2 minutes away, giving you additional details such as registration number, make, model and vehicle colour.

Doesn’t link to Website
I’ve used it a couple of times for pre booked cabs and had no problems with taxi arriving etc. But the frustrating part of the app is that it isn’t not linked to an online website booking. I’ve now got two different log ins but they don’t marry. This needs sorting out
Would give 0 if I could
Ive always liked intercity and they’ve been fair with prices and I decided to pay by card for the first time and it will be my last. They set the price for £7.90 in which I was charged and understood. However, I was then charged an extra £1.01 with no explanation after I asked if there would be any extra charges and I was told no. It’s not much but it’s the principal as I wasn’t told of the chargers being taken from my account.

Drove off despite saying we would be out five minutes after booking. Don’t car about customers at all
