Very poor ‘upgrade’ compared to the old InTouch app
This app isn’t intuitive in how to use it, and now the old InTouch app is being replaced they really need to invest in some better software development overall. Screens can toggle between on/off but the displays do not change to remove the default/original setting. Struggling to work out how to set a different daily schedule for weekends and days I work from home. No user guide for navigating the app. Just generally a piece of rubbish!
Impossible to set weekly schedule
This is the most temperamental app I’ve ever used. I’ve been unable to set the weekly schedule. When I try to edit the time of a period, it saves it one hour out (I set 4pm it saves as 3pm). It can’t be due to daylight saving as it’s now winter time so the is no offset at the moment.
Just downloaded this and first impressions are that it is damned awful. No indication on how to use it, how to set your schedule. Going to keep using my old app I’m afraid - don’t like this one at all, it is not an improvement, the boiler may be great but the app is rubbish. If I could rate it a minus I would.
