No fuss, user friendly and useful tips - Love it!!

I wanted something not too confusing and this is simple and very easy to use. I love the tips, they definitely helped me set my goals and stick to them. Fasting is not for everyone, but this app certainly helps!! Will consider paying for the premium version to support them, they’ve certainly earned it

Feelings of Accomplishments

I am a frequent faster. Before this app, it was a little bit difficult to track the time. This app helps by keeping track of the time for me to hit my targets quicker. It’s also good that it keeps a log of your fasting hours making you feel more accomplished. However, they haven’t yet developed the function to store the data if you were moving over to a new phone or something like that.

Currently, the app provides a data synchronization function. You can log in to your account via "Me -> Backup & Restore" to sync data. After changing your phone, you only need to log in to the same account to restore your data.

In addition, when you use the app for the first time to end the fast and save it, a synchronization window will pop up to remind you to sync your data in time.

Really simple and helpful

I tried three fasting apps before settling on this one. It’s much simpler than the others and clearly supports you without swamping you with loads of detail/instructions/emails. Clear goals, cute reward cups and information on the biology of fasting without lots of clutter. Lovely and clear to read too, with a choice of light or dark background. Very pleased.
