Useful for travelling overseas
There’s some good info in this app about different countries and what’s going on around the world. It is also great to know that if I need any help while overseas I can speak to someone 24/7. For me that’s the best thing to know that if I have issues, I’ll have immediate access to support
Hospitalization in Colorado
When I was taking a break with my family from Scotland in Colorado I had the misfortune of a severe back spasm and I was rushed to A&E and spent 2 days in hospital full of various types of pain relief.
I initially spoke to Simon who told me to phone 911 as I was in so much pain which I did and the paramedics were there within two minutes with the fire service.
Simon phoned me the next day, and actually give me all the details of where I was and also sent me an email for the hospital as they were asking about my insurance provider. Simon made the whole interaction and process seam so seamless and made me feel reassured about my situation. Thankyou so much for this amazing and efficient service.
Under the circumstances it was a pleasure and I was extremely well looked after by the St Anthony hospital in Summit County.

Update forgets password
I do a lot of foreign travel and almost every time I need to use this app it has been updated since last use and forces me to log in.
So what, we'll the password policy forces some characters resulting in me never being able to log in without first re setting my password.
I would hate this to happen when I'm under pressure and need help immediately.
An easy fix would be for the app to behave like almost all other apps by cashing the password even through an update.
