A great app that does what it says on the tin
This app just works!
I did fine creating new workouts with different timing is a bit confusing at first. However once I got it it has been brilliant. I have HIIT workouts for 20 seconds on 10 seconds off; 30 seconds on 30 seconds rest; 24 seconds on 10 seconds rest; 40 seconds on 20 seconds rest; two minutes on 40 seconds rest. I know this might not all be strictly HIIT, but it does the job for me!
I like the way you can play your iTunes music through this app.
I am sure this could be better – but I have not worked out how!
Upgrade doesn’t bring over data from free app
This app has a lot of great features to support my workout. Fortunately I upgraded before I started recording my workouts because the upgrade doesn’t keep workout routines or data from the free app. Nor does it provide an export/import feature to transfer this data manually. Having set up a detailed routine on the free app, I now find I have to redo it on the paid app. I wanted to send feedback about this from the app, but it depends on the Mail app which I have uninstalled.
Excellent but why no import when buying?
This is one of my useful apps. I have several routines for different stretches and exercises. I like it so much I decided to support it by upgrading.
But the upgrade is a new app, and none of my routines were imported. Fortunately the old app isn’t deleted so I had to write down all of the details of my routines and create them again in the upgraded app.
Up to six family members will be able to use this app with Family Sharing enabled.
