SUBSCRIPTION PRICING AND TERMS

Interval Weight Loss offers quarterly and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions. If you upgrade to the IWL Plus plan, you will also gain access to an accredited dietitian throughout your plan.

Payment is charged to your credit card through your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renewal in iTunes Account Settings after purchase, or cancel your subscription at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period.

Sadly poor customer service

I love the book, and I love the program, the science makes sense and the app works, I’m enjoying it so far and will continue with it.
Unfortunately the customer service I received was robotic and didn’t solve the basic problem I approached them with nor address my complaint or apologise. I accidentally signed up for a quarter instead of monthly, I asked for a refund as I hadn’t budgeted for the large sum of money, I wanted to pay monthly and immediately on cancelling the quarter payment signed up to pay monthly assuming I’d be able to be refunded, but that was refused in return for credit (which is no different to paying quarterly), and the person I spoke to by email was unhelpful and very short.

It’s a shame as as I said I really get the program I think it’s great. So I’ll keep going with it and just remind myself not to email in!
