InVision - Design & Prototype 4+

I think the app is good but doesn’t work as intuitively as it should, especially when it comes to adding comments for my developers.
Also the app signs you out to often. It should just stay logged in or at least give the option

I’m trying to use the InVision freehand on my iPad and it’s a chore. The buttons don’t respond correctly, I can’t seem to hold the shape button properly to select the other shapes. Sometimes the pen/marker just stops working and I have to click random buttons and then the pen tool again to get it to work. And the MAIN thing is that my work just randomly disappears! I was working on wireframes and then suddenly there was just a blank screen! I think the page just randomly zooms to 0% and then because the canvas is so big it’s super hard to even begin to find where you worked. This has happened to me about 3 times in 45mins and the third time I have come to terms that my work has actually just vanished because I can’t find it no matter how long I scroll around a blank screen - what a waste of time!

You pay for a subscription upfront, but if you decide to cancel - be ready for the pain. You can’t cancel a subscription unless all the projects are removed. Manually. Takes 6 clicks to remove one. You have 45 project? Well, good luck. You can’t remove in chunks, should be done one by one. Once removed and “cancel” option becomes available for you - InVision doesn’t want you anymore from the very same second, even though you paid upfront and expect remaining 20 days to work under the same plan you have already paid for!
Awful experience. Awful help and support channel. But they gladly will spam your inbox for having a chat to suggest you a “better plan” if you work for a big corporate company
