Great customer service
I bought an iotty device to control a roof light. It’s a fairly complex task but I have to say, the customer service has been amazing when I’ve run into difficulties. I had four questions this week and all were answered within 24 hours. So brilliant and unusual in this day and age. Roof light controls bow working perfectly. Thank you.

Update. Finally they’ve fixed the problem and I can now use the app on my iPad pro!

I've waited patiently for a fix from the developer, and install every new version, but it STILL doesn't work on my 1st gen ipad pro. Frankly I'm sick of being ignored. I've offered to help fault find or beta test but still nothing.

It's very frustrating, but every time I open this app, after a couple of seconds it just shuts down again, making it impossible to use. On my iPhone it works fine, but not on the Ipad. I've tried removing and reinstalling but same result. Splash screen, followed by something that says activities but as soon as you see that it's gone, and so is the app.
100 percent repeatable.
I reported this a while ago to the developer but nothing has been done. Please fix it so I can give it the rating it deserves.
Don’t even bother with these
Worst ‘intelligent’ system ever. Any update to the app means all devices have to be reset individually.
Customer service is non-existent.
Please take my advice and invest is better quality. This company does not deserve your money.
