Probably the best one of these survey apps

I’ve tried a fair few of these type of apps/websites and this is hands down the best one. I’ve managed to cash out around £50 total from using it over the course of a few months. It is time consuming, these things always will be, you have to go into it knowing you can’t just make a load of money without spending time on it. But it does pay out. I’d say the website is better than the app as the app sometimes crashes out and you lose like 15 minutes of survey time with no points for it. But the app is fine when on the go.

Awful app and website. On several occasions I’ve spent 10+ minutes answering questionnaires only to be rewarded 0 points. I contacted customer service to inform them of the bug and they are completely useless and do not offer solutions or any form of help. They told me, sometimes surveys are not a fit for you. But when completing the survey I was informed otherwise and it was stated I would earn at least 30 points, just to end up with 0. I also contacted customer service to explain I did not receive my 50 bonus points for downloading the app, to which they replied “it has to be the first time you download the app”. It is my first time obviously. If they took 1 minute to check they would realise that, but all they want to do is receive research for clients at the expense of your time and not reward you in return.

My husband used to do surveys for Ipsos and at the time the rewards were really good, he managed to buy us a new tumble drier with his rewards when ours died. Although now it would take quite a while to achieve that the rewards are still better than some other companies.When I have some spare time at work if there’s any surveys to complete I do them to relieve the boredom.I also do surveys on another app where the rewards are pretty good too!

This is a truly terrible app. 9 out of 10 surveys say you don’t qualify and it bounces you back to home page where all the surveys that were there have gone. If you do qualify you get half way through the surveys and it just stops accepting answers or won’t let you select next or continue so you have to abandon it having spent 10 or 15 minutes getting to that point. Don’t waist your time with it.
