Book with iQ then download the app to provide your pre-arrival information – like whether you’ll be bringing a bike or want to join the onsite gym. Once you’ve moved into your new home, the app gives you access to everything you need to make life that little bit simpler.

Was a really easy to use interface until...
So I was logging back in to my account to check up on my booking feed and then five seconds in the screen goes white and nothing shows up. I’ve left it for some time on it’s own just in case but it still remains just a blank screen. I deleted the app and downloaded it again; turned my phone on and off; switched WiFi; tried it all; screen still goes blank after logging in.

UI is good but it’s sooo slow
For an app used by mostly Leeds Arts Uni students of which uni has one of the best graphic design courses you’d expect a good UI and visually you get this but there was not one moment considered for the speed of this app. No matter what 5g gigabit connection you have it’ll be slower than any app on your first touchscreen phone that hasn’t received an update since 2010. It’s honestly painful to use

Lack of response
I’ve asked questions multiple times with no response beyond “we’ve received your message” and the parcels update never works youre better off just checking with reception.
Also stay logged in feature doesn’t work kicks you out anyway
