IQ:timecard is a fully hosted Electronic Call Monitoring application (ECM) developed to provide comprehensive real time workforce management. IQ:timecard gives organisations the ability to replace all paper procedures with their easy to use mobile solution.

Who is IQ:timecard for?
• Field staff - provides the employee with all the data and instructions they need at a push of a button. This cuts time, costs and ensures that the employee is giving their full attention to all aspects of the visit.
• Office Staff - enables all those behind the scenes to monitor the employees visit, without actually being in attendance. You have the ability to see what tasks were completed, and those that weren't and why. This ensures that your organisation is running efficiently.

Somewhat annoying

When you're viewing your weekly schedule and inadvertently click a specific shift, the fact that there's no "back" button to take you back to the schedule is annoying. Something for the next update maybe? Pretty please?

Need improvement

On the face of it this app is an excellent tool but there are issues that need resolving to make it slicker.
When entering ID number it deletes and you have to re-enter - could fingerprint or Face ID not be used instead?
Would be helpful to see shifts work in the past week/month.
Map on navigation rarely works, especially when zooming in & shows the wrong place on the pin drop.
Option to view the documents properly on the documents tab, currently the screen when you zoom in shows about 2/3
App tends to be quite unresponsive at times, to resolve have to quit the app and restart the process.
Back button - this needs to be on so many more of the screens, not having this makes it hard to navigate where you need to go quickly and makes the app quite clunky

Terrible

I previously used ACP I think it was called and that app was so much better. When there is no signal the app continues to buffer meaning you can’t enter in notes or clock out of the visit. You also can’t see the care plan when you have no signal. I now spend my personal time entering client notes. You also can’t add your mileage in. I have no idea why the company I work for decided to use this app.
