Description

Argo is the ideal solution for managing residential or “light commercial” environments, like bed and breakfasts, shops, small offices, small businesses, and professional studios.
By simply installing the Argo app on an iOS smartphone, the user will have the possibility of managing, monitoring and opening all the doors upon which the Smart series ISEO Zero1 devices are installed (even at a distance of up to 10 metres), with no need for any additional software or an Internet connection: all this thanks to Bluetooth Smart technology, which allows the smartphone to communicate with the devices. Using the app installed on the smartphone, the user can organise the access permissions for up to 300 users, and view the last 1000 events detected on each door (entries, attempts at unauthorised entry, etc.).
In addition to smartphones, the doors can also be opened using ISEO cards and pre-existing RFID cards (contactless credit cards, public transport tickets, access control cards, etc.).

Excited at first but now not so good

Okay so I loved the concept of this and have to acknowledge the units design is really nice and its a real talking point. BUT - the connection to my iPhone is way too slow and inconvenient. Range is also pretty poor too so although it looks cool - it is let down by speed of operation.

One thing really lacking is an ability to use an Apple Watch - OMG I actually thought you already could and so was massively dissappointed. Is this possible or perhaps coming with an update? If so then I would love it much more.

If the range of the Bluetooth was better and I could remotely open the door from anywhere in the house then this would make it awesome.

Overall a nice product - but lagging behind other devices out there - what about Proximity detection so we dont have to fire up the App? And Wifi connection so we can remotely control the door lock too?

Would love to hear what is on the development roadmap

The plastic however scratches really easily and so the outer unit would be better if made in chrome/steel if possible.

Watch no longer working following upgrade

Upgrading the App has resulted in the watch no longer working, real inconvenient. UUID issue. PLease fix
