The iShopFor Ipsos Next app is perfect for Mystery Shopping on the go. Register and complete Mystery Shopping tasks anywhere with your smartphone and get paid. Have fun, participate in improving service quality and earn money by conducting Mystery Shopping tasks.
During a typical task, a Mystery Shopper reviews the requirements of the task, goes shopping, checks the cleanliness of the location, interacts with the employees, asks specific questions concerning a product, possibly makes a purchase and fills out a survey evaluating their experience.
How does it work?
• Register, create your Profile and complete the Briefing Process.
• Check the Task Board and see all the Mystery Shopping tasks available near you.
• Receive notifications for newly available Mystery Shopping tasks in your area.
• Directly apply for your preferred Mystery Shopping tasks.
• Consult the tasks guidelines and pass the pre-task requirements before conducting tasks.
• Fill in your survey offline and synchronize your answers once you are online.
• Upload pictures and documents within your Survey.
• Submit your Survey.
• Once your Mystery Shopping task is validated you will receive the payment.

What’s happened?
The whole app has gone downhill. When I try to open a survey in my tasks, the app just closes. This never used to happen until about a few weeks ago.
I’ve had to download the old app!
The website is not user friendly on mobile because of how the surveys render.
Doesn’t let me log in
When I try and log in with my details (identical to the ones working on the website) it returns me back to the log in page!
Not good
Always says “running synchronisation” which takes forever despite good internet connection causing long delays in its use. Very poor
