Description
ShowPal TV is the best way to manage, discover and keep track of your favorite TV shows. Now powered with Trakt so you can get all your up-to-date info synced in every device.
In order to manage your TV shows easily, we have built a gesture driven interface so you can mark as watched, as favorite or even archive your finished shows with simple, intuitive finger gestures.
You can sort your TV shows with three different sorting options: Next Episode, Last Episode and Alphabetically. Choose the one that suits your watching habits.
Since this is an app you're going to use every day, we don't want to bore you with the same interface, so you can customize the app by changing between two different layouts: Poster and Fanart. Hardcore users will love the condensed view option!
Once you have chosen the layout, you can customize the Poster and Fanart images with a simple swipe; browsing the images at full screen, and even save and share them.
You can also change the app's color scheme (Light and Dark) and choose from six different highlight colors.
Finally, you can use the tinted option to enhance the app’s UI. You can even make ShowPal automatically look different every day!
When you are in the mood for new TV shows, tap the add button to go to the Discovery area, where you can see our personal picks, trending and popular shows. If you're connected to Trakt.tv, you can also get recommendations based on your shows, as well as find out what TV shows your friends are watching.
We highly encourage you to create a Trakt.tv account; doing so will allow you to keep a backup of your watched history and also comment or rate your favorite TV shows. If you plan on using ShowPal both on your iPhone and your iPad, a Trakt.tv account is a must.
Last, but not least, we have made some beautiful themes to change the whole UI based on our most loved TV shows, like Game of Thrones, The Walking Dead and Breaking Bad. We also plan to develop new themes in the future ;)

Ratings and Reviews
Just needs an ‘order by unseen episodes’ function
Ties in well to Trakt, looks good and easy to use. Two improvements I could recommend are 1) a way to separate out ‘new’ shows which haven’t been released yet from those I just haven’t started watching and 2) the ability to order programs by the amount of unseen episodes, then it would be 5 stars.
It was only ever really 3 stars wasn’t it?
Ive had this app for about 7 months andI’m relatively new to the whole tracking what you watch thing so thought this app was perfect for my needs. Never bothered to register for Trakt as this app could be used on its own. (Wow how I regret that now) It was always full of bugs, would fail to open sometimes, would show odd data and maybe even the wrong poster at times but a force close and reopen would normally sort. However, a week ago (mid Nov 2019) the app broke and support was non existent. No acknowledgement of issue until 3 days had passed and even then it was a single tweet. No updates since, no response to messages sent etc. Now the data i had is gone, the shows i watched are gone. Its all very well blaming someone else but own your issues guys and keep people updated and fix it. Ive now deleted this app and the movie version also by the same team and have moved over to another app linking it with Trakt this time. Shocking developer attitude really. I bet if there was monthly subs then it would have been fixed sooner!
Wish I hadn’t bothered
First of all the app was brilliant but then so I bought the full thing for £4.99 then I worked out how it all worked and got used to using and then it started to go wrong all the episodes I had marked as watched started to become unpatched it could be 1 out of many or even multiple so I went through and re marked them as watched some of them stayed watched but others not and the big ones that have thousands of episodes i haven’t watched all of them but most of them I can’t get to go back and watch as they no longer exist etc so now it’s showing as I have over 4000 episodes to watch but I don’t and then there’s no comment section on the app normally there’s some way to report bugs but no not on this one but there’s a section to say about the sleepless nights and all the coffee they had drunk well I’ll be happy to here that when you have an app that does what it’s supposed to do
