Recent updates…

So I love this app. It helps me track everything I watch and is great at being updated regularly. I’m still holding out for an update that fixes my current issue. Every time I open the app I am inundated with shows that I have watched, ticked and finished. This is happening all the time. I tick them off then a few weeks later more appear and even ones I’ve ticked off before. Any help would be recommended. I’ll keep watching out for the updates.

Hey there,

Can you try the following :
- Let the iCloud synchronisation finished. (It can take a long time, go in the synchronisation view to see the status)
- Pull to refresh the main list. It will force the update of all the shows
- At that point, you might have a lot of unwatched episodes coming back. Go to the watch view and make a long tap and use the « Mark all as watch » option to go faster.
- This should trigger again the iCloud sync, wait until the end.

You can also enable the Trakt Synchronization, it will act as a backup in case iCloud sync have some issues.

Payment?

So this was already a paid app in the App Store. I don’t believe anyone that paid for the app thought that one day they would have to get in the situation where they are required to get in a subscription or have to pay a one time only of any amount to be able to add more series. And suddenly a lot of the series already saved have zero information on them… so I took the liberty to download another app that does the same and even more for free. Y’all could capitalize by add stuff to the app that informs us about our series and other news.. the way you are conducting yourself I believe the app is gonna die eventually. Would wish you good luck out I’m literally upset and done with this app.

I'm sorry to hear about your disappointment, and I understand your frustrations. However, in the past two years, the app hasn't been breaking even financially, and I had to make difficult decisions to keep it running. The overhaul we have implemented is aimed to improve the app and prepare it for future enhancements, which should be evident soon.

App stopped working properly

This app used to be amazing, I relied on it completely. Recently however the shows don’t sync and the search for new shows doesn’t work at all. Most troublesome though is that it thinks some shows are yet to be announced, which are already running - for example the new Falcon and Winter Soldier show! There are shows that I’d been tracking and working my way through, which it now says are waiting to be announced and have aired no episodes yet, for example Fringe, I was mid way through season 3 but it now says there are no episodes!
