IV been whatching itvx for a while it's the best I love it you have lots of programs I can watch and there amazing the best episode is love island it's on all the time its prob the best show on there but I like the other shoes aswell people complain about the ads it's quite annoying but its good aswell coz I can get cozy and get snacks and on love island the have to have breaks in between the series so my number 1 is ITVX I love it so much x 😍😍

This app is good because of the wide range of programs that are offered what keeps it from being excellent is the fact that Ads keep freezing right at the end causing you to close and reopen the program your watching, when reopening you are met with approximately 7-8 more ads before being allowed to continue watching your desired program.

At long last, I thought you were getting somewhere, but then it twisted the story again. They really shouldn’t put these things on TV because it encourage people to be naughty but thank you I miss the program and watched it on my phone so thank you to you take care

Absolutely awful!! PIP always freezes the second you click off it and you have to restart the app. The amount of times I had to delete and redownload it is ridiculous. Only finishing this series then will be deleting for good. Never known an app like it

The app is good, but I mainly watch it for the news catch up. It would be very useful to be able to automatically play all news updates catch-up items, one after the other. It’s currently necessary to manually select and play each item individually.

I work for a large company and often the best way to get support is via the AppStore review channelThe app mostly works well, but often it will randomly restart the programme but without resetting the timestamp. As a user, this means I can be in the middle of an episode of something and suddenly I’m watching from the beginning again (seamlessly)I think it must have something to do with bad connectivity, but otherwise don’t have concrete reproduction steps.I’ve found the best fix is to kill the app, restart it and then resume the episode. Resuming might put me a few mins back but it does continue normally (no random skips back). If you need more information then please reply to this review with an email address I can escalate to.
