Jabra Sound‪+‬ 4+

I’ve owned my Jabra Elite Active for a while now and use the app to setup my personalised sound, which worked brilliantly.
I can use the app to allocate functions for each button and like the ability to activate ANC and Passthrough using the shortcut button press.
I do have one request guys, could you add the ability to change the volume up to a single press instead of press and hold? That function is missing in the app. When I’m running holding and pressing the earbud is tricky!! Also any chance you can add social sharing of sound profiles similar to Jaybird? That would take my app experience from brilliant to amazing.

The Sound+ app is ok, but only kinda works. You can change the Isolation type which is good especially if you take regular calls and move between loud and Quiet environments. Main downside is its only picks up the Headset when the app is fully closed before turning headset. Of the headset is already on the App just sits at tue pairing screen. Have also noticed after some time the widgets to change isolation and EQ will disappear. Only way to get them back is to uninstall and reinstall the app. 3 star as when app works its works nicely but can be a task to get there. Also customer service for Jabra and App issues isn’t great. The person/s i spoke too made the issue i have worse, and i had to self solve to fix that before getting back to the initial reason for contacting. And was treated like I don’t know what headphone or a PC is with condescending and rude emails.
Update : have lowered star rating as app still has issues and more keep appearing. Still no help from support, or update to fix.

I have the Elite 7 Pro which are great in many ways - good sound, small form factor, useful control buttons.
But, my word, I sometimes think about going back to wired earphones as the phone connection is erratic. In particular, the left earphone frequently refuses to connect and I’m left with sound from only the right. Then it’s a faff having to make the phone forget the Elites and resetting the connection. Similar with a bug that seems to drain the battery in the case - mildly irritating on an hour long train journey but really annoying on a long flight when you’re left listening to the sound of the engines for several hours.
Basically, great hardware but somewhat left down by unreliable software.
