Just totally unresponsive
Downloaded this app out of interest having had my car for about a year. I just thought there might be some functionality that I was missing and wanted to make sure I wasn’t overlooking anything.
What a disappointment. Totally unresponsive and I couldn’t do anything on the app. As this has been the case for quite a while now judging by the date of previous reviews, I assume Jaguar have mothballed any future development of this app, presumably because it’s not worth salvaging or they’re going to bring something out that’s better or at least works.
Jags aren’t cheap at any level, so why would you not support your customers with a slick and instructive app? Over to you Jag.
Unbelievable
It beggars belief that Jaguar could release something to useless! Even the worst apps have some sort of functionality.
A 5yr old could make one page hyperlink to another. Programming this sort of app is so basic. The irony is that it is so necessary to newcomers to the Jaguar world who may find the interface and functionality a bit bewildering.
Doesn’t work
We have purchased a jaguar I Pace and love the car - also love in the In Control app. A little CBT for the car’s technology would be excellent - however this application is not it - just does not do anything. Jaguar, please make it work or remove it from the App Store
