App lets it down

I’ve enjoyed the workouts which are easy to follow and make me work hard. The app however is really clunky. Putting the phone into full screen while air playing to Apple TV puts the video on its side. Surely that’s basics to fix? It would also be useful to have a download video option. I am often in places with limited signal and unless I’m on WiFi or full signal 3G the videos don’t load. The app doesn’t even hold videos I play in good signal to play them again later.

Overall the workouts are easy to follow and keep me working hard but unless the app is sorted out it’s not worth the subscription.

World class app! An absolute game changer!

I don’t normally leave reviews but this app definately has to be the first! If your looking for world class advice nutrition and workouts this is the only app that does it justice! Every exercise is fun and engaging and even for hesitant gym goers this is the one that keeps your mind stimulated, burns a tonne of calories whilst always trying to push boundaries. I’ve been training many years but stagnated due to repetitive same workouts. I’ve lost over 20lbs in under 2 months. First ever time i can see visible abs. If your looking to put the work in, have fun, burn calories and completely change your whole outlook on life, this is the ONLY FITNESS APP I recommend! I can’t recommend it highly enough. An absolute game changer. I’m like a new man with a zest for life and new found confidence and mental well being.

Needs more work

I’m not sure if this app was designed for use in a home environment. While exercising the app is clunky - you have to click the screen perhaps twice for every movement in the routine so maybe 20+ times just to do half an hours exercise. It’s inconvenient - you just want to press play and follow along. Each move is briefly demonstrated then it’s up to you to complete the set alone (while tapping at the screen) which isn’t exactly motivating. I prefer to listen to the usual chatter / music and complete the moves in real time with the video. Lastly you need all the home equipment for the routines - Swiss ball, resistance bands, weights, an exercise step, etc. It would be great to see more body weight options added to minimise the equipment need, taps reduced, and music added to make it more fun. The app works technically - no buffering etc. Perhaps some work on how people will practically use this and the routine “workflow” would be a great enhancement.
