Amazing App, so much variety and expert workouts

I’ve had the Jennis app for almost 9 months now. It has grown a lot since then, giving a wide variety of workouts, HIITS, LISS, blasts, strength, core, upper body, runs, yoga, stretching, foam roller, 30 day challenges and so much more: everything you need for whole body fitness. Jessica Ennis guides and supports you with her amazing form and friendly, encouraging words.
Workouts range from 5 to 40 minutes and you can do any workout as a beginner, intermediate or advanced, the difference being time and intensity. I particularly enjoy the 30 day well-being challenges as I also do 4 runs a week so the variety and complete mix of workouts on this challenge is perfect for total body fitness and strength, while keeping it interesting.
I don’t sign up for Pilates anymore as a lot of the exercises are included in Jennis workouts and I feel so much stronger. The app keeps me focused, motivated and fit and there are new workouts added every week.
Along with a heathy diet I have totally changed my physique, I’m down 2 dress sizes almost at my goal of wearing a bikini confidently for the first time in 20 years, let’s hope we’re allowed to get away.

Inspirational workout app!

I genuinely love his app!

I have been using it for over 12 months and it has definitely provided me with the motivation & inspiration I needed to get moving and improve my health and fitness. For too long I’d used the excuse that as a busy full time working mum, I didn’t have time to exercise regularly or I’d start programs and then quickly get fed up with them.

The Jennis app changed that – The workouts are varied and challenging but perfectly ‘doable’ and include sessions such as HIIT, LISS, yoga, strength (eg dumbbells, medicine ball, kettlebells), hiit runs etc. They generally take less than 30 minutes to complete, you can do them from home (definitely a good thing in lockdown) and leave you with a real sense of achievement at the end of every session. Just select your ability level (beginner, intermediate or advanced) & off you go.

The 30 day challenges have definitely helped me to create a ‘work out’ habit, challenging both my body & mind, and pushing me to try out equipment I had never used before (Who knew I’d love strength training ☺️).

It’s a real joy working out with Jess & Lina & best of all, I feel fit & strong and I’m in the best shape I’ve been in for over 10 years, oh and ….. I have my waist back!

Great variety and amazing results

I’ve been using Jennis throughout lockdown and it’s been both a saviour and an eye opener. The sessions are all under 30 mins but really work you hard and you can tell there’s a lot of thought and expertise that goes into them as they really get results.

The Feel Good challenge has really changed my attitude to sessions, blending yoga (which I previously hated) with strength and HIIT and stretch sessions. You know Jess knows her stuff but the cadence of the sessions and the way your plan changes across the weeks is so clever. It means I’ve worked out more, I’ve finally incorporated stretch and strength into my regime and I’m more flexible, probably faster and leaner than I’ve ever been. Keep doing what you doing Jess. This is exactly what we all need and I will certainly keep up the variety with you and your team after lockdown.
