The best pregnancy fitness app!

Jess is very calming and reassuring, it feels like you have you own PT. My goal through this pregnancy is to stay healthy and fit and prepare my body for what's ahead. I'm so pleased I can now use this app to achieve that! I felt like a duck of water going back into the gym, but now I can't wait to workout and do something for myself that makes me feel good.

I’ve recently had a baby and struggled to get back into exercise mainly because I’ve not known where to start. Easy to fit in at home around the baby too.

Room to improve

Jess is a big inspiration which is why I tried her app. I think the workouts are good and definitely test me and I love that they’re quick, but they could be more interesting, maybe music to pump you up. Also would like a strength option workout, so less cardio more Pilates/ weights option. Maybe there’s more to the pregnancy version I’m not sure.
