Not worth it - crashes and full of bugs
I don’t normally bother writing reviews on apps but I just had two after my experience this morning. Seriously this app is the most frustrating thing I’ve ever come across. It took literally 2 1/2 hours to upload 145 photos. That is ridiculous in itself but then, even more annoying, the app then just hung on the last photo for ever and I couldn’t even delete it or remove it from my basket so my order is stuck in limbo. Seriously this is not worth it just for cheap photo prints. I’ve wasted a whole morning.
Waste of time
Just tried to upload 600 odd photos from my iPad using this app. It said it had uploaded about 450 after about 3hrs then stopped. And no amount of clicking would make it work. Eager not to have wasted so much time I contacted Jessops. Apart from being advised to do it in smaller batches were of no further help. I went into the app to find the 450 that should have been uploaded were no where to be found. Click on uploaded photos, zilch! For what I wanted it to do it was a total waste of time with very little support. Useless!
Terrible
Customer service is terrible. Ordered items via the app over a month ago with an apparent 14 day turnaround. No way to track order, no follow up emails and phone calls have led to the extremely detailed conclusion that “there must have been a problem with the order”. Have now been given a third completion date for my order. I would advise anyone who is considering ordering via this app to steer clear.
