Yes, the width of the keys can be changed, see section "Screen keyboards" in https://polaron.de/Napo/manual/Console/index_en.html .

Anyone wanting a realistic sounding pipe organ look no further,
Forget all the other developer apps which claim to be realistic sounding pipe organ because none of them come remotely close to Markus sigg. These are real samples from real organs.
Easy to use and sounds great just connecting the most simple midi keyboards, for those who really want to take it to the next level its possible to connect multi keyboards and even midi pedal boards ( correct connection leads needed). Some people may say that these app’s or pricey but you get what you pay for, although the strand organ is free and still is far better than any other developer apps......... keep up the good work and i hope that more organs will become available.

I won’t bore you with how long I’ve been recording music (45 odd years), nor how many music apps I have (over 200), but this is something else. Utterly beautiful, utterly crafted. I’ve only had it ten minutes and the first note I pressed just moved me. It’s apps like this that make everything worth while as a musician.
