The app doesn’t work anymore
When ever I tap the app to open it. It just shuts down. I can’t access it all all. It is a shame I quite like the app.
This is my last month. I’ll cancel my subscription if it isn’t fixed by the end of December
Doesn’t maintain playing queue
I’ve been using Saavn Pro for a few years now and it has been an excellent for all my music needs.
But with the recent update, I have found a bug that’s extremely frustrating.
Upon closing and reopening the app, you cannot play the previous track.
So for example, if you are on the last song in your playlist:
1. Pause and close the app
2. Reopen the app
3. Press the back arrow. This does not work and you can only play the last song
4. If you play the next song (with repeat off), it goes to ‘auto play’ mode, which means you’re out of your playlist and have to reopen it again.
As I am listening to Saavn while driving, this has become a massive issue as I cannot play the playlist again.
This is seriously flawed and extremely annoying. To the extent that I am considering other alternatives if this is not fixed soon.
I am not sure if there is a bug report feature in the app. But I’d like to help diagnose this if required.

Support is not very supportive at all
I like this app and have been a paid subscriber since last 3-4 years.
Recently I've started to see an issue where the downloads disappear automatically. I've brought this to the notice of support but they sent one email. Once I replied to that email after trying the solutions offered not working , they have just stopped replying. Looks like they don't know what they are doing. Or just don't care about one customers complaint.
Better invest your subscription money with some other service.
I can move cause all my playlists are in Saavn and to recreate them in another app would be an absolute nightmare.
