Good solid app

Got a job within 1 week of downloading. Job role met all my desired needs from job description, pay, hours and distance. Drawback of the app however, is when uploading documents if you don’t answer ALL the questions (even those that are non applicable to you) it won’t allow you to save and update. Staff are very friendly and helpful though so it made it easier. Overall a very decent app. Good customer service friendly and efficient staff that are on the ball.

I wouldn’t advice anyone to work for any company under job and talent , they sent me to work for lime warehouse and worked there for 3 weeks full time Monday- Saturday and I ended up leaving them because they wanted me to clean the toilets , I refused and told the manager “ if I wanted a cleaning job I would’ve applied for it “ which is true . Anyways job and talent called me and said they will look for another company for me to work for and I will be getting paid for this job . GUESS WHAT THEY PAID ME 3 days of work . I put so much compliments and every day they kept saying Danial is on your case he will call you. After waiting for 4 months I got in touch with my union, Job and talent deleted the payslip on the app also removed the contact and made it look like I never worked for lime ,after a year forty and back with them I went to court with them and they ended up paying me the full amount ONLY BECAUSE I had a screenshot of my contract and my time table of the days I worked .

after creating the profile i should receive a notification or a link to upload my documents. i didn't know what to do next so the agency staff had to tell me to go to profile-registration documents and upload my ids there.Then there was no notification that my contract was ready, there was no mark by 'notifications' that i actulally had a notification. I had to call the agency to say that i cannot see the contract and they told me where to find it. When signing the contract i had to update right to work documents, when i added all missing bits i still wasn't able to 'save'. I had to call the agency again and i was told that i had to change gender from male to female and then back to male and then eventually i could save this part.

This app is lovely with so much potential more agencies need to convert. It’s just that the humans behind the app aren’t very good at planning. I understand how agencies work but why’s the agency at DHL HAMS HALL so bad at planning? Why am I getting my shifts the day of the shift 2-3 hours beforehand? Why is it as if they want employees to sit around doing nothing waiting for shifts. Working until 11pm with no phone sending my next shift. Instead of having one employee focus off allocating 3 shifts at a time to give us enough time to plan around our lives. Regular humans don’t just sit & do absolutely nothing if you don’t accept the shifts they complain & basically try to force you to accept the shifts they send the NIGHT before or the day of. One time I got a shifts notification at 1am. This is ridiculous
