Making life easier
I’m honestly using this app every morning on my way to work. It’s part of my routine now. I order 5 min before I pass by the Joe on my way to work, and the green juice is waiting for me at the pick up station when i get there. Seamless!
Tends to crash often the points expire fast
I have been using this app for more than a year, previously spent lots of money on special deals and cards, however after using it, I can tell you, it’s not worth keeping it, if you drink not regularly, I had some previous points left in my account, and after coming back from my traveling, I’ve noticed, that everything went to zero points, a lovely surprise from the Joe and Juice, all the points has an expiration date. It’s a nasty marketing trick to make people buy more, anyways congratulations to Joe and Juice for losing another regular customer!!!
Confusing
Nice to not have to queue to get lunch, but I don’t understand how to claim gifts. I got a card which said ‘valid for one item’ but it doesn’t tell me if it S a discount, or a freebie, or how I even use it. Also I was meant to get a free sandwich when I downloaded the app, no idea where that is!
