Lapse - Disposable Camera 12+

Really enjoying this app!! I’ve invited a few friends but limited takers. People dont have time or patience to wade through the set up process on an app they aren’t yet convinced on.

It might be worth explaining the features and the philosophy as they are clicked on/accessed etc so people who aren’t yet sold and are just being pestered to sign up by a friend don’t just say ‘Ah too much effort’ and then sack it off. The less effort/time it takes, the less people are going to postpone it until they get home where they then subsequently forget. Everyone loves a super quick set up with info delivered in bite size chunks when it is relevant.

The five invites thing doesn’t make sense to me. If you’re signing up, you’re going to ask others to sign up anyway or else you have no friends. People also don’t like getting random links out of nowhere because it reminds them of spam. I think word of mouth would be better, no? You probably have the research and I’m just a random user but that said, I hope this takes off!! This and BeReal are my two fave apps right now.

love the app but we could do with some improvements. firstly, let the thoughts stay forever instead of a week and let peoples thoughts be found on their page. secondly, please give us group calls and group chats. i promise you’ll attract a lot more users that way. thirdly, let us reply to peoples comments under our thoughts so it doesn’t get confusing as to who’s replying to who. i think i’ve said enough for now. thanks for the app though, we really do enjoy it #livelovelaughlapse

Heard about it from my friend recently so I looked it up in the app store and downlaoded. It is such a beautiful app. It’s basically like twitter, bereal, locket and Nickelodeon TheSlap combined. I’m actually OBSESSED. Although there are a few glitches. Also if I was to delete a snap there should be an “are you sure?” pop up because that would save me losing things i didnt want to lose
