Ok - could be better
Lets start with cosmetc stuff - on ios icon has “runner” under it - its meaningless.. you find the icon by searching on ENEL but it not in the icon or mentioned anywhere.
Home charging - charging time clock starts even if you delay via TOU. It will saying charging for 10hrs… when you you may chargge over night just for 4 etc
Easy way to top up hybrid
Found this app while travelling in Italy with my hybrid Discovery Sport after trying out several others which were impossible to register with as a foreigner. It lets you register a uk credit or debit card. It connects to Enel charging points which were plentiful in Tuscany. Went for the pay per use option which cost around €9 to charge my 15kw battery in 3 hours. Easy to plug in, monitor remotely and stop via the app.
Garbage onboarding process
Signed up, filled out forms, confirmed email. Tried to add payment method and it said I hadn’t completed my account and needs more information. I fill that out (I had already). And now it just says my id is already in use. Tried to use signin with apple, it just goes back to the login screen everytime i sign-in. Whats worse, is the help won’t let you report a problem until you have completed your account, so the only what to let them know is here. 🤯 now I will have to plan my trips avoiding these chargers.
