Love the restaurant but app needs some tweaking
Great food, best Chinese I can remember from a takeaway. The app needs more development. Can’t read the menu items fully, you have to go into each item to select quantity however just make it a selection box or qty drop down. You can’t make and order until the shop is open. Annoying, why not accept an order and include a message in the delivery time eg delivery will be in xx hours. Anyway great food so worth using!! Thanks
Service charge
50p card service charge when over £23 basket order??? No thanks, app deleted and I’ll stick with Lemongrass who happily accept card payments without charging a stealth tax and still give 10% discount. Shame as I’d heard good things about Jumbo but it’s 2019 and cash is on its way out.
