Ratings and Reviews
I've used this app for a long time now, it's quite easy to reach the goals it sets you and gets you in good shape too. I took a break in-between the two times I've used this app, and you don't notice the difference until you realise how unhealthy and flabby you feel without it. During the break I had to take from this app I gained around a stone and lost all definition in my stomach area, but take it from me this app is definitely worth the investment.
A rather nice update
I’ve been using the app for many years. The recent update is a nice refresh and overall works well with a simple layout. Improvement to the rep counter means you can now add additional reps to your sets which you could not do in the old app (was only an option on the last set).
Stats could be improved as you can’t single out a specific exercise or see the data in graph format.
It would be nice if the rest timer continued when you return to the home screen. This would allow you to do 2 exercises back simultaneously. So for example you could to do the first set of push-ups then do the first set of sit-ups. The times for your push-ups rest is reset when you return to the home screen tho so you have no reference of how long your rest was.
This has really helped me as a motivator to get exercise done every morning (I use it more than 3 times a week) but I feel more confident than I ever did about my body. I don't use it up to the 100 press ups, just rewind the days if it gets too much. I find gyms and other people exercising quite intimidating so this has been good to use and keeps me focused.
