Background image slightly too dim to see. Annoying that you cannot play anything like the radio or an audiobook while this app is running. I would never do a real jigsaw in complete silence so I’m not going to start doing these in it either. A simple issue to correct and it would make the app bearable. The stupid clicking sound is totally unnecessary but it’s clearly the cause of the app taking over the iPad’s sounds. Even switched off it overrides the sound settings.

ETA. Issues now ironed out and I can listen to audio without disruption. The choice of puzzles is really good, the difficulty options are excellent, and the cost of the coins I buy each month is roughly the same price as a cheap jigsaw. For that I can do a new puzzle each evening. Great value app by comparison with most.

Hi Sooz68, sorry to hear you're having this issue. We have had a couple of reports of this previously on iOS devices, but unfortunately we have not been able to recreate the issue (i.e. audio from other apps plays correctly in the background when we test this out).

Jigsaws

Last year I was in hospital for a while. When I began to feel better I was becoming frustrated because I couldn’t move around much. I have always loved doing jigsaws, but didn’t know that you could get them on the App Store. So I decided to have a look, and I was very pleasantly surprised by the choice, quality and variation of difficulty. I tried other sites but Just jigsaws has proved to be the best.

Hi this was a great app when I got it. I love doing jigsaws, playing games, drawing and colouring , especially at night when I’m laying in bed and can’t sleep.🥱😴 But I don’t like it when you get distracted by adverts 😤which is why I picked this jigsaw app it’s was great No adds so I could play without any interruptions. 🙂 But not anymore 😥all of a sudden adverts have started popping up every so many minutes, they are only on for a few seconds but that’s not the point I’m still getting interrupted when I just want to lay here and do my jigsaw. I hope they get enough people saying please take the adverts off we get enough of them on other apps and games. I used to rate you all the 5 stars ⭐️ now it’s down to 3 adverts spoil everything. If they stay I will have to find another jigsaw app sorry 😞
