This app is really good, putting items into your basket is easy, but when you want to view your saved items it keeps jumping back to the top of the page, which is annoying, I’ve scrolled through this page many times and it still keeps jumping back to the top of the page, also it’s not easy to use the payment part either, I’ve had difficulty with paying, it just keeps buffering, on many occasions I’ve had to leave items in my basket, for a day or two just to wait for the buffering to stop, otherwise it’s a good website to use, please sort this problem out thank you

Yes you can skip months but if like me you’re quite forgetful and busy if you don’t do it on time you’re charged, there’s a small window of a few days to skip if you miss it then they take your money, I’ve been trying to unsubscribe for a while now and it never happens, you can only cancel your direct debit if you ring up but I can’t ever seem to get anyone on the phone.

They really need to make it easier to discontinue use of their service I may have resigned up to them by now if I had managed to cancel when I wanted to, instead I have a monthly calendar reminder to skip a month and when I do finally manage to get them on the phone I won’t be shopping with them again.

The clothes are ok but I think for the price the quality just isn’t there and the same with the shoes, I’ve had several pairs and they just don’t last like, for the price they’re disappointing.

I’ve been using just fab for over 3 years now and I love their shoes.. it is a pay monthly service but that IS explained in the small print and advertised multiple times on their site plus if you do sign up then you always have the option to skip the month (this can only be done 6 times before you are charged if I’m remembering correctly)

Always fast delivery and good quality products. The App is new so I’ll add to my review once I’ve used it a few times but the website and company get 5 stars from me.

You can’t blame them when you didn’t read the small print! 👍
