Managed to connect iPhone to the lights and change the functions, so reasonably happy in that regard, but I do have concerns that there is no apparent way to change the security settings (ie you cannot change the default password), making this a vulnerability in our home network.

The app does the job. I’m running it on my XR/iOS 13 no issue: but it’s clearly an app that’s not loved.

Functionality is fine, only issue I have is that it doesn’t remember the lights after a period of time. It can see them in the light list section, but I have to reselect them quite often.

If you’re looking for a pretty app, this isn’t it-however, because I’ve got no issue with functionality, I’m not going to complain. Devs just need to improve the look, and the app layout.

I’ve tried two iOS devices and like other reviewers have found the lights don’t appear as a Bluetooth device. In the end I figured out how to control them and play music from my iTunes account. The instructions for connecting are of little help, you need to search ‘Light Groups’ within the APP and then select JuTai when it finds your lights.
