I have been using Kabbee for years, the app is so easy to use, I love being able to choose my cab based on cab price with the knowledge that all cabs are licensed, always on time and they always know where they are going as they are local to the areas they collect you from. I have also used the executive service a few times and always been impressed.
USING UNRELIABLE TAXI CO ‘TRIO CARS’!!
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. NEVER USE. Apparently they claimed to only have 1 car and they cancelled 30 min before the booking due to the car supposedly breaking down, with ZERO effort to correct the problem, compensate me with a new car, or offer ANY alternative other than another car 2 HOURS from the time I booked for, in order to catch a business flight!! They said they knew the car was broken for down 2 HOURS prior, but they waited to tell me last minute!! After this, I checked other reviews on this awful car service company, ‘Trio Cars’, and saw LOADS of other terrible and similar reviews!! Why on EARTH is ‘Kabbee’ still doing business with this company that LITERALLY constantly FAILS at its ONE SINGLE JOB REQUIREMENT!!? How is TRIO CARS still IN BUSINESS??! That’s like being a cleaner that DOESN'T CLEAN!! It’s insane!

This has jeopardized catching my flight, my work, and ended up costing me even more money with another last minute airport car service!!!
The worst service
Our driver was 25 minutes late and argued that that was OK, because he called us (at the time he was supposed to be there already!) and was “honest” that he was going to be 10-15 minutes late. Then, he demanded that we pay £10 extra in his pocket because we expected him to go the fast route, which was longer mileage than through the city, however we had to catch a flight and couldn’t afford to spend 30min extra in traffic, as we had already left 30min late. He was very rude, did not apologise once, wouldn’t even admit that he picked us up very late, nor acknowledge the fact the we’d risk missing our flight if he took the slower route.
