I love to use this app for the things I do. I like that anywhere in the workd I always have an eye on my accounts. I can make paymemts and check all the movements. I find it really precious. I am only a bit worried if My phone ever get stolen, dispite the password...you never know...

Hi Nick, I'm sorry that the app doesn't work when you need it. Can you call our Technical Support when a future issue occurs? You can call them on 016 43 25 07 from 8 am until 10 pm on weekdays and from 9 am until 5 pm on Saturdays.
How can i pay ? Permanent changes to the layout of their app
I feel absolutely cheated because there is no way that i can easily pay bills, transfer money from account to account. Kbc permanently changes the way this mobile account works. I waste time, can not pay or transfer money because the only applications which are easy to get and understand are the ones where kbc wants to sell services to the customer. Kbc does not want the customer in their branch and then CALLS in order to make an appointment to "inform" the customer about their products. Sharp practice!! As a customer I just feel that I have no control over my own account. This is good for kbc, but very bad for me. Kbc does not offer the service to print bank statements in the branches so that the control of the bank account becomes extremely difficult for people who don't wish to check their account on a daily basis on a mobile device. Sharp practice!!! Kbc employees will lose their jobs on top of it, because they are not needed any longer. The branches are empty and the employees bored and have not much to do because the unhappy customers are not welcome in the branch anylonger. Either mobile banking works flawlessly or the service is customer friendly. Kbc got it all wrong with their wish to control the customer's money through cloud banking and leaving the customer trapped. Sharp practice of which I strongly disapprove and which makes me just angry and extremely unhappy.
