Different to logon
What a difficult procedure. Why am I being asked to identify objects every time I try to log on? The old app was very user friendly and easy to negotiate. Please fix this horrible app.
Little more than a snapshot
This review is based on being outside the CONUS and especially focuses on the credit card. Other institutions (USAA) allow for greater flexibility in approving transactions through the app that KFCU does not. I have had multiple transactions canceled, flagged for fraud, or been unable to complete based solely on KFCU’s inability to accept a foreign (in my case, a UK) phone number to send an approval code. There is no option to receive through email or through the app. I understand KFCU’s constrained by either status of forces agreements or federal regulation, but, when truly needed, I have no confidence in the bank, the credit card, which makes the app nothing more than an account balance check. It’s too bad because it could be so much more helpful.
