Just the prompt I need
I am useless at self motivation, despite a great physical need to do pelvic floor exercises. This app is exactly the motivation I need, even in its free form. I have chosen to pay the £2.99 as a further motivator to keep on doing them! Plus, I can then do other things whilst exercising, which helps keep my attention and diminishes boredom as a demotivator. Would recommend to anyone for the little prompt you need to do these vital daily exercises. The icon is very discreet as well, which is a bonus.
One of the best apps for kegel exercises
Compared to some other free kegel exercise apps I find this the best one. The main advantage is that you don’t have to change the options from slow to fast squeezes as it is part of the same training routine.
The only reason why I haven’t given this app 5* is because of the inconvenience of the app being only available on the phone. I spend a lot of time at the office and due to a quite busy schedule I don’t always have the time to do the exercises during the day. And having the phone vibrating on the desk whilst doing the exercises at work is not ideal. Having said that, if the developers had made this app available for Apple Watch I would purchase the full version quite willingly.
I would recommend this app as it’s really useful. You are able to change the dials to Personlise to how you want to work out which is really helpful and has a record of your daily target and what you’ve done so far. It has a guide to show you how to do the workout and you can set goals and reminders. It has a nice colour scheme background which looks nice (love the pink they have) which you can change the colour also.
