Brill app! 👍

Absolutely love this app...it has a free session for you to try it out! and you can set up reminders for how many times day you want to do the exercises...the exercises themselves are quick and simple that uses a timer so you know exactly what to do an when. It also give you a description of how to... I've been using it for about awk now twice a day and each session is different so it doesn't get boring, as for the benefits only time will really tell but up to I am feeling a difference and would recommend this app to anyone, to at least give it ago.

Great app - makes pelvic floor exercises interesting...

This is a great app and has made a real difference to my pelvic floor muscles. Each session is different so it doesn’t get boring. Have used a different app previously where you had to do the same reps each time and I just got bored and never did them. With this I skipped quite a few levels as it starts with very easy exercises but there are still lots of levels to go.
Would like to see more goals under Achievements to keep me motivated as I’ve only got one left to get.

Amazing results

Used this app a few years ago after the birth of my 4th child the results where amazing even after 2 months and only doing it morning and night I stoped using it after 10 months but was so happy with the results . I had a baby last year so am back using it again it’s only been two weeks and am starting to feel results already
